Chimek’s mission is to take Australians on a food journey combining flavours from Korea and the U.S. With a menu packed with traditional Korean Fried Chicken in a range of flavours, enjoyed on its own or stuffed inside a burger, Chimek also brings together the two worlds by dishing out seasonal menu items such as our Ultimate Waffle Stacka (all time American favourite chicken & waffles). We create mouth-watering experiences that make your mouth sing.
