It’s gettin’ hot in here… say hello to Chimek’s Fire Reaper!
We heard our chicken wasn’t hot enough for all you spice lovers, so we went in search of the world’s hottest pepper to turn up the heat. To give our Chingu’s a dish that is hot AF, we have whipped up a sauce using all of our Korean faves and spiced it up with the Carolina Reaper. We can’t promise that you won’t cry or try to call your mum but we can promise you that this sauce served with our perfectly fried chicken wings is an unmatchable, outer- body experience! So the question is, are you ready to weep this September?
DEATH BY CAROLINA CHALLENGE
So, you took on our Fire Reaper, but do you think you can defeat the Carolina heat for one epic prize?
We challenge you!
This October we challenge you to take on 10 Chimek Fire Reaper wings in 10 minutes. Sounds easy right? Well here’s the catch. These 10 wings will be tossed and doused in our Carolina Reaper hot sauce making it difficult to avoid the heat.

10 Fire Reaper Wings in 10 minutes.
Complete the challenge and go into the draw to win a $600 1OFF voucher.

How:
Just ask for the Death By Carolina Challenge at the counter.

Includes a beverage of your choice. (Excludes cocktails and beer towers)

Challenge Rules
- Finish the 10 wings in 10 minutes or less.
- No gloves or napkins are allowed.
- Take a drink whenever you like.
- No toilet breaks during the challenge... sorry.
- Let us know when you need to tap out.

- Contestants need to sign a waiver before starting the challenge.
- Contestants must be 18+
- Death by Carolina is NOT a menu item, it is a challenge ONLY.
- Customers can enter the challenge as many times as they would like.
- Wings will need to be clean to an adequate standard determined by the staff.
- Winner will need to pick up the voucher at Chimek Vic Park.
